Meet Ragan
Ragan Schlappi, born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA, has always had an eye for design and a heart for people. With a father who worked as a contractor, Ragan spent much of her childhood visiting job sites, unknowingly laying the foundation for her future career. What once felt like a chore has now blossomed into a fulfilling journey, turning homes and commercial spaces into functional, beautiful havens.
In 2019, Ragan founded her home staging business, combining her childhood exposure to the construction world with formal education and experience gained from working with renowned architects and institutions. Her passion lies not only in creating visually stunning spaces but also in proving to clients that a well-balanced and peaceful home doesn't have to come at a high cost.
Ragan credits the success of her business to the blessings and opportunities provided to her and is thankful for the meaningful connections she’s made with each client along the way. She finds joy in getting to know each client's unique story, believing that every home should reflect the people who live in it.
When she’s not running her business, Ragan can be found shuffling her little ones to soccer and gymnastics, attending classes at Orange theory Fitness, or enjoying sushi and spicy margaritas with friends and family.
Meet Aaliyah
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in Georgia, Aaliyah is the youngest child and the first girl born after four boys in her family. Family plays a central role in her life, and one of her greatest joys is being an aunt to her nephew. Those close family connections have influenced her appreciation for creating spaces that bring people together and make them feel at home.
Aaliyah earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, where she was actively involved in the Interior Design Organization and enjoyed mentoring fellow interior design students.
Creating warm, inviting spaces is Aaliyah's favorite part of design. She loves blending different styles in a cohesive and meaningful way, resulting in environments that are both beautiful and functional. With a passion for thoughtful design and attention to detail, Aaliyah strives to create spaces that reflect her clients' personalities while making them feel comfortable, inspired, and at home.
Outside of design, Aaliyah loves spending time with family, especially her nephew. You'll often find her curled up with a good book or enjoying a weekend binge-watch of her favorite TV shows. She believes the best moments are often the simplest ones—sharing time with loved ones, finding inspiration in a great story, and creating a life filled with warmth and connection.
Meet Courtney
Born and raised in Texas alongside her four sisters, Courtney grew up surrounded by creativity, curiosity, and a love for making things feel more intentional and beautiful. She has always been drawn to the way spaces can shape how people feel and interact, which naturally led her into the world of interior design.
Courtney earned her degree in Interior Design from Georgia State University, where she also competed as a student-athlete on both the beach and indoor volleyball teams. That experience shaped her in more ways than one, teaching discipline, collaboration, and how to stay grounded and adaptable through busy, high-pressure seasons.
Today, Courtney works as a Creative Director, where she focuses on transforming spaces into environments that feel both elevated and lived-in. She enjoys the process of taking a space from concept to completion, whether that’s through staging, sourcing, or pulling together design details that bring everything into alignment. Her approach is rooted in creating spaces that not only look good, but genuinely support the way people live in them.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. These parts of her life continue to influence her work, offering inspiration through nature, new places, and everyday moments.
